Description
Moonlight from Florida Colors Nursery is a very prolific white-blooming plumeria with 2-2.5 inch white flowers featuring a yellow, sometimes yellow-orange-gold, center. Petals are star-shaped with pointed tips and a red band reverse. It has a magnificent canopy and is Florida Colors Nursery's favorite rootstock for grafted plants. Sets seed. Moonlight Silverthorne is a separate lanky cultivar with 4 inch white flowers, light yellow on white, green throat, egg-yolk center, and strong gardenia-to-very-light fragrance, transitioning from yellow with reflexed tips to primarily white and producing many seed pods. Moonlight Thailand has wide, thick, moderately overlapping petals with a white line from base to tip, one side of each petal twisted toward the other, a tight compact long-blooming bouquet, sweet mild fragrance, and compact growth.
