A cultivar renowned for intense coloration and exceptional tree architecture. Huge 5-inch flowers with intense coloration bloom in big clusters with excellent tree form. Medium perfume accompanies the blooms. Intense, very veiny deep rose coloration adorns large 4-5 inch flowers with very good blooming. Medium-tall growth creates a nice canopy tree with thick ribbed leaves. Underside of leaves is bronze. Big 4-inch flowers fade to nice lavender color and bloom yearly on 3-inch tips. Sets seed. Related documentation mentions 3-inch maroon flowers on white background with yellow-orange center.
