Description
From Plumeria Hut. A compact grower whose blooms and scent closely resemble dwarf pink Singapore, though it is a rubra. Sets seed. Notes also describe Pink Isabella (Sacred Garden, Australia), a P. caracasana hybrid with very large 4-inch mid-pink flowers in massive heads of blush pink, featuring round reflexed petals that give the inflorescences a pincushion shape. It forms a semi-dwarf evergreen tree, medium-sized and upright with a naturally clean trunk, smooth grey-green bark, and resistance to rust. Considered among the top three evergreen streetscape frangipanis along with San Germain and Angel of Love.
