Description
A dwarf obtusa with very small leaves that have a red tint at the stem, appearing almost violet. Overall height does not exceed 24 inches, with very tight branching and short, stout stems. A single pruning encourages numerous branches, creating a crown form. Leaves are 2 to 3 inches with pointed tips, having clear texture and remarkable lemon-colored veins over dark green; the central vein is red maroon. Produces new branches very quickly but is an extremely slow grower overall. Flowers are off-white with a yellowish eye.
