Som Siri produces 2.5 to 3-inch deep yellow to cream-yellow flowers with shadings of orange, deeper yellow, and red striations. Petals are heavily overlapping, almost circular with a pointed section, medium substance. Som Suay yields 2 to 3-inch golden to orange flowers with pink and some red veining on overlapping slightly twisted petals, colors becoming less intense with age and increasingly bluish on pink areas.
