Description
Thai Aztek Gold is distinct from the well-known Aztec Gold. It produces large 3 to 4 inch yellow flowers with separated, yellow-and-white petals of light to medium substance and a strong vanilla-honey fragrance. Leaves are bright green, narrow and elongated, elliptical with a pointed tip. The habit is compact, producing full, dense flower heads. By contrast, true Aztec Gold has darker yellow flowers emerging from orange buds, with less dense flower heads and a stronger-growing habit.
