Description
Black Dragon is an extremely dark, near-black red plumeria with 3 to 3.5 inch flowers featuring a dark red center and a strong tropical fragrance. A related variety, Red Dragon Heart, can take about six hours of direct sun but appreciates shade in the hottest part of the day; in partial sun, blooms show a flat rose color, while extended bloom-hold can shift colors to light purple and tan.
