Description
Upright tree with medium wood and heavy bloom production. Flowers range from 2.5 to 4", described variously as medium to light pink with a grainy look, pink with egg-yolk orange center, round slightly overlapping petals, and pale mauve. Blooms fade to near-white with a yellow throat and pink margin line on the back, and fade considerably after one day in the Florida sun. Fragrance is reminiscent of cherry or grape Kool-Aid. Good keeping quality. A medium grower that sets seed.
