Description
Herzog's Ribbon Candy (1997 seedling) produces elliptical petals that recurve with a slight ripple. Flattened, the petals measure 3.5 inches, but in their recurved position they appear about 2.5 inches. The petals are pink and white striped with a small orange center, and the reverse has light red stripes, resembling old-fashioned ribbon candy. The fragrance is a good plumeria scent, the flower holds up with fair keeping quality, and it is easy to root and grow.
