Description
From P. Hut. Produces beautiful rainbow-colored blooms with splashes of orange and yellow. Also referenced is Lani / Lani's Red Upland, a bright velvet red plumeria with a dark red band on the reverse, 3-3.5" blooms of solid color and good texture, a spicy (and elsewhere soft) fragrance, and color that stays true in both hot and cold climates. Flowers are similar to Pop's Red but larger and richer.
