Description
A 2.5-inch flower in red, purplish-pink, and orange tones, emerging from blood-red buds. During the tropical rainy season, the background lightens with intense red striations. Petals are slightly overlapping and obovate with a slightly pointed tip, blood-red and purplish-pink with increasing orange-red toward the base. Substance is good, with heads carrying multiple buds. Coloring is variable and intense. The plant is compact and well-branching. A related 2.5-inch form is intense red with darker veining and slow-growing. Sets seed.
