Description
P. obtusa tuberculata is a highly ornamental, upright evergreen shrub with spearhead-shaped elongated leaves and very large 4-5 inch pure white spider-like flowers that are highly perfumed. It is a small tree with dwarf growth and dense form, resembling P. obtusa but with narrower leaves and a sweeter scent. The leaves have a dinosaur texture, are bug-free and rust-resistant, and the trunk is knobby. There is some confusion between P. tuberculata and P. obtusa var. sericifolia.
